Integrative Acupuncture in Tucson
Welcome to Common Roots Acupuncture, the acupuncture and Chinese medicine practice of Josh Whiteley, RN, L.Ac. With a focus on integrative acupuncture for pain relief, we’ve been serving the greater Tucson area since 2010.

We help people get out of pain, calm their nervous system, and get their lives back using a blend of traditional acupuncture and modern clinical techniques
We combine classical Chinese acupuncture with evidence-informed clinical techniques such as orthopedic dry needling (trigger point therapy), electro-acupuncture, and Acupuncture Injection Therapy (AIT). This integrated approach helps address both symptoms and their underlying causes. We work with patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and a wide range of other health concerns, with care tailored to each individual.

Advanced Acupuncture & Dry Needling
If it hurts, we can help!
We use traditional acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, advanced dry needling, and acupuncture injection therapy . Acupuncture helps manage pain and restore normal function by reducing nerve sensitization and improving microcirculation. It works via the nervous system, bringing effective relief.

Chinese herbal Medicine

Cupping Therapy
