As a qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, you can apply your Arizona tax credit to Common Roots Acupuncture and support our mission. We’ll send you a receipt and when you file your taxes, your donation amount to us will be credited back to you (up to $400 of whatever state taxes you would have owed). Common Roots Acupuncture is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit acupuncture clinic serving Tucson and the surrounding areas. Our rates for established patients are always on a sliding scale of $60-90. You decide what works best for your budget, no proof of income is ever required.
